Privacy notice

This covers the Front of Mind website at frontofmind.ai. It does not cover the product itself, which is governed by the agreement we sign with each client.

What we collect

If you apply for access, we collect the work email address and company name you type in. If you choose to answer the optional questions on the second step, we collect those answers too: how many sellers own client relationships, your average campaign value, what you sell, your role, who would approve a pilot, when you would start, your email platform and CRM, who referred you, and what your team keeps dropping. We also record the page you applied from, the referring website if your browser sent one, and the country your request came from, which our hosting provider supplies.

That is everything. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site.

Why we collect it

To read your application, decide whether there is a fit, and reply to you, and to send you one email confirming we received it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you asked us to consider you, and we cannot do that without your details.

We also score your answers against the criteria we use to choose founding teams, and keep that score with your application so we can check how well our criteria match our own judgment. The score does not decide anything. A person reads every application and makes every decision, and everyone who applies is treated the same way whatever it says.

Who sees it

We do. Your application is stored on Cloudflare, who host this site, and in HubSpot, which we use to keep track of applications. The confirmation email to you and a notification to us are sent through Resend, our email provider. All three act on our instructions only. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation that was right but badly timed. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email logan@frontofmind.ai and we will deal with it within a month. If you are in the UK and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets none. Your browser may cache the fonts we load from Google Fonts, which is what serves the typefaces on the page.
